Buck Island sail from the Westin

Cruz Bay Watersports sails from the Westin at Frenchman's Reef to Buck Island, adds a shipwreck snorkel when conditions allow, then stops at a Water Island beach. It suits guests staying at the Westin who want a long day on the water without a taxi.

Buck Island Sail from Frenchman's Reef

About this experience

The longest of the Buck Island trips. The boat leaves the Westin's dock, sails to Buck Island for a turtle snorkel and, if the sea allows, a shipwreck nearby. It then continues to Water Island for beach time and lunch, which you buy yourself, and the open bar runs on the sail back.

With only 12 reviews and a 4.2 rating, this listing has the thinnest track record of the nine. Most reviews are five stars; the low ones mention a cancellation by email two hours before departure and a snorkel with only one turtle. Read it as a convenient option for Westin guests rather than the pick of the bunch.

Outside guests can park at the hotel for $10. Bring your own towel: the operator asks guests to save the island's fresh water.

What guests say

★★★★★

Very fun experience- the crew and the sail were amazing. We did get to see turtles snorkeling and a bunch of fish. Kids loved the slides on the boat and jumping in to the ocean from the boat. Lunch and the beach time were amazing!
